Back Panel Connections
- MAINS INPUT - For connection to the mains supply.
- EARTH GROUND - For connecting the unit to an earthing terminal if no mains earth is available or for joining the earths of other products in the system to improve perfromance in areas of poor/noisy electrical earth conditions.
- RIGHT, LEFT SPEAKER - Amplified output for connection to loudspeakers.
- ANALOGUE AUDIO OUT - Analogue audio output for connection to an external pre-amplifier or power amplifier if the internal volume control is enabled.
- ANALOGUE AUDIO IN - For connection to line-level source products such as a CD player, radiotuner, tape deck, etc.
- RC5 IN, OUT - Allowing control of hidden Linn devices connected via their RC5 ports.
- IR OUT 1 & 2'- Infrared flasher connectors. Allow the control of devices that accept infra-red signals.
- RS232 PORTS - For connection to Linn source products without ethernet ports.
- ETHERNET - For connecting the unit to the network.
- SPDIF IN - For connection to digital electrical (coaxial) source products, such as a CD players, Set-top boxes, games consoles, DVD players etc.
- TOSLINK IN - For connection to digital optical source products, such as a CD players, Set-top boxes, games consoles, DVD players etc.
Front Panel Connections
- POWER SWITCH - For switching power to the unit on and off.
- FALLBACK - Used when re-programming the unit.
