Template:Setup:Kustom DSM:Manage Systems
The <FACTORY DEFAULT> of the Kustom DSM has no Streamers attached to no Zones and will not be attached to your Linn Account:
Use Manage systems to link the Kustom DSM to you Linn Account.
1.Open the | Manage systems and select you Kustom DSM from the list and under GENERAL
- Select CONFIGURE This will show,:
- Press
- This will show the first Kustom Streamer and allow you to change Streamer and Zone names attach Zones to that Steamer:
- Hot NEXT to go to next Kustom Streamer....
- Press
2.You can then edit which Streamer will feed which Zone. REBOOT after the configuration has been selected to apply changes
3. Click on the CONFIGURE at the Kustom DSM to Streamer configure that streamer and attached Zone devices. You can change the names and settings of each Stream and Zone.
- NOTE
- DO NOT HAVE THE STREAMER NAME THE SAME AS ANY ZONE NAME. THIS CAN CAUSE ERRATIC OPERATION OF THE CONTROL SOFTWARE (Kazoo, Linn App, Crestron, Control4...)
- After REBOOT, any Streamers that are not connected to any Zones are invisible all control interfaces, (Kazoo, Linn App, Control4 etc)
