Phono Card
For Exotik, Majik DSI, Majik DSM upto and including 2016 variant, Akurate Kontrol & Akurate DSM products:
These products use a circuit board that be reconfigured for Line level audio or phono stage inputs.
The Majik product Phono card have the option of:
- 1: Line level configuration: 10kΩ input impedance
- 2: MM configuration:
- 48kΩ, 68pF input impedance
- Maximum input voltage 70mV peak
- Input gain +40dB @ 1kHz
- MM SNR Better than -104 dB
The Akurate product phono card (available as upgrade for Majik Products) have the option of:
- 1: Line level configuration: 10kΩ input impedance
- 2: MM configuration:
- 48kΩ, 68pF input impedance
- Maximum input voltage 70mV peak
- Input gain +40dB @ 1kHz
- MM SNR Better than -104 dB
- 3: MC configuration:
- 180Ω, 10nF input impedance
- Maximum input voltage 5.0mV peak low gain, 15mV peak high gain
- Input gain +54dB low gain, +64dB high gain @ 1kHz
- MC SNR Better than -90 dB
- High gain/Low gain controlled by component position (requires soldering)
Alteration of these Linn products should ONLY be performed by trained personnel familiar working and adjusting electronic products.
