Selekt DSM issues
Selekt DSM does not product any sound/music from the cartridge(s)
- Using Konfig
- 1. Make sure that your Selekt DSM is powered on and your LAN network has Ethernet access
- 2. In Konfig select you DSM and go into the Exakt or Speakers tab
- a) In the Speakers configuration box select the FALLBACK button. This will put the Selekt cartridge backplane into software FALLBACK mode.
- b) After a few moment press the RESTORE button on the Speaker configuration page.
- c) Let it go through its steps.
- 3. When it's finished, power cycle the Selekt, set up the speaker info and see if normal operation has returned.
- If this does not work
- 1. Power down the Selekt,
- 2. REMOVE any fitted cartridges,
- 3. Power up the Selekt,
- 4. When booted up go into the Exakt tab in Konfig and click on the RESTORE button. This will reflash the Backplane board software.
- 5. Power down the Selekt,
- 6. REFIT any fitted cartridges,
- 7. Power up and all should now be working. If not please contact Linn Helpline.
