Tranquil PC AVA RS3
The AVA RS3 combines a 2 Bay NAS, Twonky Media Server, and built-in CD-ROM drive for ripping.

dBpoweramp Ripper
2 drive NAS in a slick looking case based on Windows Home Server and dBpoweramp's ripping software. Not available yet as of 09/08. Claims Upnp Media Server. However, it's unclear as too which one this is. Web site:
