How do I register for extended warranty?
You can register your product for extended warranty up to thirty days after purchase online by clicking here.
Please note - this must be received by Linn Products or the Linn Distributor for your country within 30 days of purchase of the product.
How much does the extended warranty cost?
The extended warranty is currently free, however, you can only qualify if you register your product within thirty days of purchase.
What are the terms of the Linn warranty?
Please click here[1] for the terms and conditions of the Linn Warranty.
Where can I get my product serviced?
If your Linn product is currently under warranty, you can arrange for service through your original retailer. Otherwise, any authorised Linn retailer will be happy to evaluate and advise you further on any issue you may be experiencing with your product.
Does the Linn warranty cover my products if I move abroad?
Your Linn warranty lies with the retailer from whom the product or system was bought, however if you move to another part of the world, a warranty repair may be arranged if required. We strongly advise that if you are moving house, you arrange for your Linn retailer to disconnect and pack your Linn system/product prior to shipping and then arrange for the Linn retailer in your new area to unpack and re-install the system. Your new retailer will be happy to support a new Linn customer, however both retailers may charge for this service. This will help to ensure that your warranty is not rendered invalid by transit damage or by inexpert installation. We also advise that you insure your Linn products against loss or damage during transit.
During the warranty period, Linn will supply warranty parts or carry out any warranty repairs (subject to terms and conditions), that may be required for any Linn retailer who is willing to undertake the task. It should be remembered however that only the retailer from whom the product was purchased is obliged to carry out or arrange warranty repairs.
If you should have any enquiries with regard to warranty, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Is the Linn warranty transferable?
Currently, the Linn warranty is non-transferable and lies with the original purchaser.
