- CEC - fix for unexpected TV audio mode change with some Samsung TVs

* NOTE 1: Requires Linn iOS v4.7.9+ or Linn Android v4.7.3+ * NOTE 2: Deezer is no longer available when using Linn iOS v4.7.8 (or earlier) and Linn Android v4.7.2 (or earlier) * NOTE 3: It's recommended that you reset any existing Deezer pins to ensure compatibility.
