Power DAC

The Linn Power DAC is an amplifier technology designed specifically for bass systems that need high performance, high-power and high efficiency.

It is a true digital amplifier: the DAC and the amplifier are combined in a single process, rather than converting to analogue first and then amplifying.
This design reduces distortion by more than 10 dB at high playback levels compared with conventional designs.
It is designed for the bass system and offers the lowest distortion and highest efficiency of any amplifier class for this job. This means that cannot bypass it with external amplifiers. The 343/360’s bass extension requires far more power and voltage gain than even a Klimax Solo can provide, so performance would get worse.
