Davaar 7 Build 4 (4.7.4) Released on 21 June 2012

  • Fixed defect #3324: Dolby Digital Stream not muted on Hdmi input (all DSM products)
  • Updated konfig installer to check for dot net 4
  • Fixed defect #3322: Crash on Radio plyback (Japanese default list of stations)
  • Fixed defect #3326 : Surround volume stuck on maximum after a power cycle
  • Kill subscriptions from subscribers that cannot be contacted
  • Fixed defect #3325: Distortion on surround/center channels
  • Fixed defect #3328: Kiko display doesn't wake from sleep mode
  • Fixed defect #3327: Assert I2sMultipus.cpp 350 on songcast Rx when latency adjusted on sender


Davaar 7 Build 3 (4.7.3) Released on 31 May 2012

  • Increased maximum HDMI AV Latency from 100ms to 500ms
  • Added configuration option to turn auto selection of the Net Aux source on or off
  • Klimax DS/0 and Renew DS no longer leave synthesised clock activated in standby
  • Songcast: analogue mutes are applied until audio is received
  • Songcast: maintenance and bug fixes


Davaar 7 Build 2 (4.7.2) Released on 16 May 2012

  • Songcast resend functionality: reduced occurrence of audio dropouts when running over some wireless networks
  • Add retry fix to solve dropout problems when using Net Aux
  • Net Aux disconnect/reconnect robustness improvements, including timeout if sender disconnects from network
  • Fixed Majik DSM device crash when HDMI is disabled
  • Volume control can now be enabled/disabled on Klimax DSM, Akurate DSM, Majik DSM, Majik DS-I, and Sekrit DS-I
  • Konfig: HDMI options now visible on MAC
  • Fixed HDMI 'crackle' problem
  • Default source names now all uppercase (HDMI, SPDIF, TOSLINK)
  • Balance setting is no longer applied when headphones are active
  • Majik Dsm (HDMI) main board now powered down in Standby
  • Added audio check functionality: press and hold the help key (or # key) on remote with device in standby and network cable removed (and device power cycled) to trigger the audio check.
